LOCATION CHANGE SUNDAY OCTOBER 11
IMPORTANT NOTICE - The game on October 11th will be moved from Hawaii Kai to a private condominium at 1341 Kapiolani Blvd. We are limited to 7 tables and MUST provide a list of attendees. Please register as a pair by responding to Bill Harwood at glfrbh@gmail.com by noon Saturday. First come, first served.

The Hawaii Kai location is at Hawaii Kai - 6700 Kalaniana’ole Highway, Executive Plaza, Suite 110.
The Credit Union is in a Professional Office Building that also houses Kaiser Permanente. Access is from Keahole Street. After turning off Kalaniana’ole Highway onto Keahole Street, make a right into the Towne Center immediately after the gas station and before the City Mill building at the first traffic signal. Continue to the back of the property towards the Extra Space Storage facility. Turn right into the parking lot between the Professional Office Building and Extra Space Storage. Park near the Office Building on your right. The Credit Union is on the ground floor a short distance down on the left.

Milton Kim Award Milton Kim epitomized the traits of a true gentleman at bridge. He always treated his partners and opponents with kindness by being non-judgmental at the table. He established his memorial trophy to remind bridge players that these personal qualities should always be practiced in a competitive bridge game. The Milton Kim Award is given each year to a current Unit member who has shown a similar dedication to making duplicate bridge pleasant and enjoyable for all. It is awarded annually to the person displaying good manners, friendliness, congeniality, and all the fine qualities that enhance the pleasure of duplicate bridge. Our 2025 winner is Gary Haynie! ACBL Hawaii Unit 470 is part of District 20 of the American Contract Bridge League and consists of the islands of Oahu, Kauai and Guam. This web site supports the Honolulu Unit 470 Sunday games and Tournaments, and the open club games on Oahu. Unit 470 has 369 active members, making it the 13th largest unit in ACBL (there are 305 units altogether).
The objectives of our organization are to promote and stimulate interest in the playing of bridge. We conduct tournaments sanctioned by the ACBL and encourage the highest standards of behavior and ethics at these tournaments for the enjoyment of all players.
We also encourage the teaching of bridge at all levels. If you are a resident of Hawaii, or a visitor to our lovely islands, we hope you will find on this web site all the help and information you may need to enjoy playing bridge in the islands.
